On this edition of Conversations from Studio B, Kelee Riesbeck talks with Ruth Bradley, longtime director of the Athens International Film + Video Festival, about the upcoming 2015 festival taking place April 3-9 at the Athena Cinema.

This year marks the festival's 42nd year and Bradley’s last as director, having served for 28 years.

Bradley talks about what movie-goers can expect at the 2015 fest, reflects on filmmaking trends she has witnessed over the years, and shares a few of her favorite festival memories.

The Athens International Film and Video Festival was founded in 1974, and since then has presented independent films from around the world. The festival is sponsored by the Athens Center for Film and Video, a project of the College of Fine Arts at Ohio University.
