Bianca Malcolm, a 2nd year MFA student, just took her screenplay, "Fear In Sanity," from paper to the cinematic screen this January. Ms. Malcolm describes her film as a gothic, supernatural horror movie about a widow who succumbs to her fears, gives up on the world, and imprisons herself in her home after she suffers a brutal loss. And just as she decides to better herself, something or someone penetrates her sanctuary and she must fight her fears to survive or be consumed by them.

Ms. Malcolm made use of the equipment provided by the Film Division and utilized her fellow students in the film community to work alongside her to create her cinematic vision. Catch “Fear In Sanity” in the Fall semester at the 2nd year screenings.
